Project Engineer

Job Title – Project Engineer

Educational Qualifications – Diploma in Electrical/Electronics

Experience – 0-2 Years in Electrical/Electronics manufacturing industries.

Roles and Responsibilities –

1. Review of BOM of for electrical products to be developed, review of drawings and check for revisions, review of each component mentioned in BOM for correct technical specifications.

2. Initiate enquiry and follow-up with supplier for quotation.

3. Checking the material stock available and prepare costing of electrical product BOM.

4. Verifying all the points related to manufacturing for product with reference documents provided by customers. Ensure design for manufacturing concept is considered while working on products.

5. Feasibility of new product development.

6. Initiate ID implementation form in ERP for any new parts, modification in parts, new product and get ID’s created for appropriate materials ordering.

7. Costing of parts and products as per BOM and get it reviewed internally and discuss with customers for cost finalization.

8. Communication and co-ordination with suppliers and get the quotations by raising RFQ to ensure on time delivery of raw materials required for products to be manufactured.

9. Co-ordinate with quality and production teams and verify all related documents and its specifications to ensure correctness for costing.

10. Follow-up of for materials arrangements by purchase and mechanical department.

11. Excellent verbal & written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal & external customers.

12. Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)

13. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.

14. Ability to safely & successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with company standards, including qualitative and quantitative productivity standards.

15. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
