Project Engineer

oversees daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. Key responsibilities include supervising workers, coordinating with subcontractors and engineers, managing resources, monitoring timelines, and enforcing safety regulations. They also handle quality control, problem-solving, and documentation like progress reports.

• Supervision and coordination: Manage on-site construction activities, supervise workers, and coordinate with various stakeholders like project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Safety and compliance: Implement and enforce health, safety, and security guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe environment for everyone on site.
• Quality control: Inspect the quality of work and materials to ensure it meets project standards, specifications, and building codes. Ensure formwork and materials are functional and properly used.
• Project management: Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Manage site operations to avoid delays, and control material consumption.
• Resource management: Manage on-site resources, including labor and materials, to minimize costs and waste. Ensure materials are properly issued and moved to the correct locations.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit daily and regular site reports, keep accurate records of work done, and document true measurements of work completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
