Job Title – Export-Import (EXIM) Assistant Educational Qualifications – B. A. B. Com/B. Sc. Experience – 0-1 Years in export, import, accounting or similar functions in electrical/electronic manufacturing or similar industries. Roles and Responsibilities - 1. Overall import shipment follow up. 2. Request for quotation with freight forwarder. Freight forwarder finalisation after comparing best rates. 3. Providing agent details to Shipper/ party. Follow up with forwarder for BL draft, checking BL draft and to inform forwarder if any correction required in the BL draft and providing BL approval 4. Check Freight certificate and correction if required 5. Submission of Import documents to CHA for BOE filing. Checklist verification and Approval for filing. 6. Duty calculation sheet to check weather duty amount reflect on checklist is correct as per freight certificate 7. Check customs notification on checklist and tax indication as per HSN/CTH code. Check shipment inward status, IGM filing. 8. Vehicle arrangement from JNPT & Sahar Air to company & E-waybill. 9. Preparation of Export documentation like Commercial invoice, Packing List, SIL etc 10. Follow up for GR waiver with A/c dept. Preparation of RDC & E-waybill. 11. To make sure that material packed to export is as per packing list. 12. Preparation of all the other required documents for export shipment such as letter to customs, Non-DG certificate for DHL. 13. Import bill Checking (Freight forwarder bill, CHA bill and transporter bill). 14. Check weather all the required documents are attached in the bill. Ask for receipt with Freight forwarder, CHA & transporter if any additional charges imposed in the bill 15. Check OC with PO, weather Qty & rate in OC is as per PO mentioned. Check import shipment related Commercial invoice and packing list. 16. Preparing Bills statement (Forwarder, CHA & Transporter) Maintain Import tracking file/statement. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Shift allowance Work Location: In person
