Exim Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Exim Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in export-import documentation and coordination, along with a certification in Export-Import procedures. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth shipment operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Certification course in Export-Import
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar export-import (Exim) role

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pre- and post-shipment export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, IMC-certified documents, etc.
• Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent) for shipping bill filing
• Send Shipping Instructions (SI) to the shipping line
• Follow up and arrange the release of the final Bill of Lading from the shipping line
• Prepare and submit BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate) documentation
• Maintain and update advance license files
• Liaise with CHAs, shipping agents, and transporters to ensure seamless shipment movement
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
