Wanted - Wastewater Treatment Plant Technician Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Wastewater Treatment Plant Technician to handle the daily operations, maintenance, erection, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment facilities. The role ensures optimal plant performance, regulatory compliance, and consistent delivery of treated water. Key Responsibilities: Plant Operations: Monitor and control wastewater treatment processes including pumps, valves, filters, and chemical dosing systems. Perform routine inspections and record operational data (flow rates, chemical levels, pH, turbidity, etc.). Adjust process parameters to maintain water quality standards as per regulatory guidelines. Maintenance: Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems (pumps, motors, blowers, panels, etc.). Troubleshoot equipment faults and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain stock levels of essential spares and consumables. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure plant operations comply with local/state environmental and safety regulations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and submit to management.
