Experience Background:

Proven track record in selling Water & Wastewater Management Systems, Fire Systems, Solar Solutions, Construction Materials, or any relevant Environmental Solutions..

Role: Sr. Business Development Executive

What we are looking for:

· Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the domains mentioned

· Strong network & contacts with MEP consultants, architects, builders, plumbing contractors, and other key stakeholders in the Chennai construction ecosystem

· Ability to bring existing market intelligence, client databases, and contacts

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills

· A self-starter with a hunger for generating business and growing regional presence

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive B2B sales for Water & Wastewater Solutions, STP/ETP systems, and related offerings

· Develop & maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

· Identify new project opportunities and convert leads into business

· Work closely with the operations and technical team to deliver client solutions

· Create strong brand visibility for Gram Envosolution in Chennai
