Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for handling and driving HVAC projects, whether it's a single large project or multiple projects based on project inflow. Your role will involve coordinating with all stakeholders at the customer end, including consultants, PMC, client chief engineers, etc., to ensure smooth and timely project execution. It is essential to have a good understanding of HVAC technical aspects and manage project site inventory efficiently. In this position, you will be expected to anticipate project challenges and proactively find solutions to overcome them. Keeping both customers and management informed about critical issues and progress updates is a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in resource planning, such as hiring labour contractors, site engineers, etc., for effective project deployment and execution while adhering to safety standards, ESIPL SOP, and quality installation standards. Your duties will also include ensuring on-time project handover, final closure of the project, and establishing the actual profit and loss statement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC projects. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day, and the work location is on-site.,
