Project Engineer (HVAC)

We are looking for a skilled and proactive HVAC Project Engineer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, the ability to manage site operations efficiently, ensure timely project completion, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle technical and commercial negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Lead and manage HVAC project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Site Management: Supervise and control daily site operations, ensuring proper manpower utilization and adherence to safety standards.
• Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the site team, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.
• Vendor Coordination: Follow up with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Negotiation: Handle technical and commercial negotiations with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs and timelines.
• Production Coordination: Work closely with the internal production and planning teams to ensure timely availability of HVAC equipment and components.
• Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients and consultants, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of site progress, inspection reports, quality checklists, and other project-related documents.
• Problem Solving: Resolve site issues and technical challenges efficiently with minimal impact on project timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
