Raising PR for material also tracking for the material. Understanding the application and selection of instruments as per application, selection of cable tray, selection of cables, and selection of controllers. Preparation of SLD for electrical system, etc. Preparation of system Architecture for electrical system. Supporting and carrying out Testing and Commissioning of HVAC systems. Preferred candidate profile Should have minimum 2 years of experience as a Electrical Engineer in HVAC project company. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of HVAC system/Cleanroom implementation across the project lifecycle. The role calls for a resourceful professional with a proven track record in managing field execution, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and documentation protocols. Key Responsibilities: Lead the installation and execution of HVAC systems including chilled water system, VRV/VRF units, ducting, ventilation systems, piping, cleanrooms, etc Supervise daily site activities and coordinate workforce deployment to meet project targets. Interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and BOQs to ensure accurate execution. Monitor compliance with approved designs, specifications, and statutory regulations. Coordinate closely with consultants, vendors, and internal design teams to resolve technical discrepancies. Conduct quality inspections, verification checks, and oversee documentation for audits and sign-offs. Plan and track weekly and daily site schedules, progress reports, and task allocations. Maintain accurate records in project ERP tools including material inventory, manpower logs, and work status. Prepare and submit execution updates to the project management office and stakeholders. Carry our timely measurement and get it approved from the client. Coordinate with the office for timely and accurate billing. Interface with clients and consultants for reviews, site inspections, and technical clarifications. Ensure transparent communication and timely escalation of site issues when needed. Preferred Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution, preferably in industrial sector, chiller system, cleanrooms, or other high-spec sectors. Strong working knowledge of HVAC system components and installation methodologies. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents. Hands-on experience with ERP tools for project and inventory management. Proficiency in MS Excel and project communication tools. Demonstrated leadership at construction sites with multi-disciplinary teams. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and client engagement capabilities. The Sales Manager for VRF products will lead and manage all aspects of sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage channel partners, and support pre- and post-sales engagements. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful sale and distribution of VRF systems. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual VRF product sales targets. Identify and expand customer base in target geographies including HVAC consultants, MEP contractors, architects, and builders. Track and report sales metrics, pipeline health, and market trends using MIS tools. Onboard and train new channel partners (dealers/distributors) for VRF products. Provide regular sales enablement support pricing, promotions, technical specs, and product knowledge. Monitor channel partner performance and ensure compliance with stock and service standards. Drive demand generation through dealer-led promotions and joint marketing activities. Conduct technical presentations and commercial negotiations with large end-users, consultants, and project developers. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3-7 years of experience in HVAC product sales or similar field (specifically prefer VRF/VRV products) Strong understanding and technical knowledge of VRF and HVAC Systems.
