Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities in the industrial segment.
  • Approach prospective clients through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
  • Conduct engaging presentations to showcase the companys HVAC and Cleanroom solutions and strengths.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to find new opportunities.
  • Report daily/weekly sales activities and updates to the office.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover once a deal is closed.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
  • 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC, Cleanroom, MEP, or industrial sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm for sales are welcome.
