Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities in the industrial segment.
Approach prospective clients through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
Conduct engaging presentations to showcase the companys HVAC and Cleanroom solutions and strengths.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain strong communication throughout the sales cycle.
Act as the first point of contact for client queries and ensure excellent customer service.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to find new opportunities.
Report daily/weekly sales activities and updates to the office.
Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover once a deal is closed.

Eligibility & Qualifications

BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
0 - 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC, Cleanroom, MEP, or industrial sales.
Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm for sales are welcome.
