Job Description

The Sales Manager for VRF products will lead and manage all aspects of sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage channel partners, and support pre- and post-sales engagements. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful sale and distribution of VRF systems. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual VRF product sales targets. Identify and expand customer base in target geographies including HVAC consultants, MEP contractors, architects, and builders. Track and report sales metrics, pipeline health, and market trends using MIS tools. Onboard and train new channel partners (dealers/distributors) for VRF products. Provide regular sales enablement support pricing, promotions, technical specs, and product knowledge. Monitor channel partner performance and ensure compliance with stock and service standards. Drive demand generation through dealer-led promotions and joint marketing activities. Conduct technical presentations and commercial negotiations with large end-users, consultants, and project developers. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 3-7 years of experience in HVAC product sales or similar field (specifically prefer VRF/VRV products) Strong understanding and technical knowledge of VRF and HVAC Systems. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Able to travel occassionally as per business needs.
