Site Management: Supervise and control daily site operations, ensuring proper manpower utilization and adherence to safety standards. Team Leadership: Guide and motivate the site team, ensuring clear communication and task delegation. Vendor Coordination: Follow up with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Negotiation: Handle technical and commercial negotiations with vendors and subcontractors to optimize project costs and timelines. Production Coordination: Work closely with the internal production and planning teams to ensure timely availability of HVAC equipment and components. Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients and consultants, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of site progress, inspection reports, quality checklists, and other project-related documents. Problem Solving: Resolve site issues and technical challenges efficiently with minimal impact on project timelines.
