Job Description

Manage and execute HVAC projects — either a single large project or multiple smaller ones.
Coordinate with consultants, PMCs, client engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth and timely project execution.
Ensure proper site management, including materials, manpower, and inventory.
Plan resources such as labor contractors and site engineers efficiently.
Monitor project progress, forecast billing, and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
Identify project challenges early and implement effective solutions.
Maintain regular communication with customers and management on key issues.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, company SOPs, and quality requirements.
Oversee project handover, closure, and ensure accurate P&L reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
