Project Engineer for Fire Fighting System

PROJECT ENGINEER AND SERVICE ENGINEER 1. Responsible for project overall activities. 2. Project PO / Purchase /LD / Billing/ Contractor Bills. 3. Design Department Input. 4. Project to service handover 5. Reporting of Billing per month from Project. 6. Manpower planning on site. Contractor Bills certification. 7. Minimum Project costing for execution/Purchases / Expenses on Receipt of P.O. 8. Site man power problems and solution 24 hours a day in coordination with level B. 9. Appreciations requests for his team and make a report every month for rise and fall overview of team individual members. 10. Project Engineer Team Member cannot denied any responsibility or work apart of mentioned above. 11. Project Correspondence in assistance of level B. 12. Reconciliation of material on real time bases. 13. In Case of LD in any project, respective team appraisals put on hold. 14. Timely Billing / inventory reconciliation (Once In Week) 15. Once in a week joint Meeting between Project & Purchase/logistic. 16. Make installation R.A. Bill in 1st Week of every month. 17. Weekly Report of Contractor shall be discussed in office.
