Project Engineer (Civil)

: About the Role

Ravion Vertex Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer / Project Engineer to lead multi-city EPC turnkey construction projects. The ideal candidate must be technically strong, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple sites across Telangana. Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Site SupervisionSupervise day-to-day construction activities for multiple residential and commercial sites.

• Ensure execution as per architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Manage labour, subcontractors, and material planning efficiently.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and procurement teams.

Quality Control & Safety

• Maintain high standards of quality in RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishes.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure acceptance of work as per checklists.
• Enforce strong safety protocols—PPE, barricading, and site safety compliance.

Planning, BOQ & Billing

• Prepare weekly/monthly project schedules and material requirement plans.
• Verify measurements and support subcontractor billing.
• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.

Client Coordination

• Provide timely updates to management and clients.
• Attend project review meetings and address technical queries.
• Ensure timely milestone completion and smooth handovers.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain DPR, measurement sheets, quality checklists, labour logs, and site records.
• Adhere to GHMC/Municipal regulations where applicable.
• Prepare snag lists and handover documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 7–12 years of experience in residential/commercial EPC or turnkey construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and execution
• Ability to handle multi-city site travel across Telangana
• Excellent skills in reading drawings, planning, and problem-solving
• Strong MS Excel and site documentation proficiency
• Good communication and leadership skills

Preferred

• Experience in premium villa, commercial, or multi-storey building projects
• Knowledge of rate analysis and billing
• Experience supervising multiple sites simultaneously

Work Location

• Hyderabad (Primary Office)
• Travel to sites across Telangana is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
