Project Engineer - Civil

The role involves planning drawing requirements on a monthly basis and ensuring the quality of work at the construction site as per the checklist. You will be responsible for devising the sequence of activities in coordination with key stakeholders. Coordinating with the purchase team, facilitating vendor enrollment, managing costs, and obtaining approvals will be crucial. Timely planning of construction with respect to annual targets, completion within budgeted costs, and ensuring desired quality are key responsibilities. Safety, staffing, training, development of site staff, and compliance with legal statutory requirements fall under your purview. We are seeking a qualified engineer (Full-time B. Tech Civil) with 7 to 9 years of experience in building construction, particularly in the residential sector. A passion for quality, attention to detail, MS Projects & Farvision understanding, and a continuous learning mindset are essential. High energy, enthusiasm, multitasking abilities, and teamwork are valued traits. Success will be measured by achieving customer satisfaction and meeting numerical targets.
