We have openings for Project Engineer - Civil in Inorbit Mall, Vadodara.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in large scale projects like 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings etc.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will be incharge of the works for the new project.
• Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling and cost control.
• Monitoring and execution of construction works within the project timelines.
• Review and approve construction, purchase, installation and commissioning.
• Coordination between architects and contractors.
• Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc.
• MIS reporting on project progress.

KEY SKILLS:

• Knowledge of applicable laws and standards in construction (Labour laws / municipal regulations etc)
• Excellent administration & execution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Projects.
