Project Engineer Civil

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer – Civil will be responsible for end-to-end construction execution, including site coordination, quality control, contractor management, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and compliant delivery. The role demands strong technical understanding, on-site decision-making capabilities, and effective coordination with stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution.

Salary : INR 750000 - 900000

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Resolve on-site technical issues related to civil works.
• Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and testing protocols.
• Verify material quality, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for approvals.
• Ensure safety standards and site regulations are followed.
• Support planning teams with work sequencing and resource requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of proven experience in civil construction execution.
• Strong experience in site coordination and contractor management.
• Hands-on experience in quality control and compliance checks.
• Ability to monitor and track project progress and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, drawings, and site practices.
• Proficiency in site documentation and reporting.
