  • Support project planning, testing, and change management activities
  • Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and performance insights
  • Translate complex data into clear business recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, Finance, IT, or related field

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar analytical tools

  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum

    methodologies is a plus
