Role: Lead and manage the full construction of a large multi-building project from planning to handover.
Prepare and manage overall construction plans and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, master planners, engineers, and consultants.
Manage EPC contractors like L&T, Shapoorji, Tata Projects, etc.
Oversee approvals, compliance, safety, and quality control.
Monitor budgets, costs, and contractor bills.
Review drawings, BOQs, and weekly progress.
Solve site issues and ensure timely completion of all buildings.
Coordinate with stakeholders, government departments, and investors.
Civil Engineering degree (Master's preferred).
1520 years experience in large infrastructure, township, or campus projects.
Strong leadership, coordination, and execution skills.
Experience managing large contractors and multi-phase projects.
