Your passion for engineering, ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, and eagerness to make a significant impact from design to dispatch will be highly valued. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the project lifecycle from design to dispatch of solar mounting structures. - Utilize fabrication knowledge to understand punching, bending, welding, and galvanizing processes. - Interpret engineering drawings and client specifications for accurate project execution. - Develop project plans including timelines, milestone charts, and daily trackers. - Coordinate with various departments such as Sales, Accounts, and Procurement for seamless project execution. - Communicate effectively as a project owner, providing proactive updates to clients and internal teams. - Monitor and report on raw materials, work in progress, and schedules while preparing status reports. - Identify risks and escalate them with proposed solutions for effective problem-solving. - Demonstrate proficiency in tech skills including ERP (Bizsol), Excel, Sheets, and MS Project. **Qualifications Required:** - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
