About the role: As Art Director, you are required to bring ideas to life through your creative designs. This role requires you to proactively provide feasible & innovative design solutions for events & activations. You are expected to have a strong understanding of 3D stage and scenic designs and environmental graphics. You shall be the point of coordination between all involved in the event-client, internal teams at Hyperlink including Client service, Production, Concept, Design as well as external agency partners. Location: Work from office at Mumbai. Responsibilities: Creative Output on briefs received: Meet with Client Service team/ Client & understand briefs. Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research. Visualize, brainstorm, ideate & transform ideas into effective designs/artwork/templates. Sketch ideas whenever required. Give direction, inputs, suggestions to the team on briefs. Attend reccees if requiredto get a fair idea of the event venue. Keen eye on design aesthetics- use a good sense of aesthetics & judge & visualize the right style of design. Create identity designs, environmental graphics, illustrations OR commercial art/ scenic designs, stage or exhibition designs and spatial designs. Create print files & art files that can be sent to printers for printing/ Create production files with specifications of all materials and ensure feasibility. Being ahead of the curve to provide directions to the team & advice the client Incorporating the latest trends in graphic design. Updated knowledge of software and tools of the trade. Client Related Goals: Attend Client meetings whenever required. Research on clients & brands to deliver an effective creative design; Staying updated on brand knowledge. Having the sensibilities to understand the brand, brand guidelines (colours), the clients core message, target audience and other needs of the client. Ability to Present & Explain Designs to clients. Uphold integrity of the brand by following ethical practices. Project conversion for existing clients. Project conversion for new clients. Project Management & Internal Coordination. Adhering to internal/ client timelines. Coordination with the concept team to ensure that the copy and design are in sync* Effective communication of the final art works to relevant internal departments-CS, production (for final execution). Working with the Production Department, overseeing the print production process to ensure design integrity, colour accuracy and image quality are met. Working in tandem with other departments (Concept/CS/Production) to gain understanding of consumer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities. Required Qualification, Experience & skills: Graduation in Design, Commercial Art, Applied Art; Masters degree/Diploma in Design (preferred) Minimum 8+ years of 3D Design experience in the Events/Activations industry Basic knowledge on brands, Fabrication knowledge, Understanding of the printing process Well versed in designing software-3D Max, Maya. Job Description: - Looking for a candidate to lead a job functions of Production Planning & Control in coordination with other departments of the company, to lead the team of production engineers/ supervisors to oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely executions of the Job orders. The candidate should have experience in assembly & sheet metal fabrication of machinery / equipment manufacturing industry knowledge of sheet metal Rolling, bending, cutting, welding will be of added advantage. Primary Responsibilities:- Daily /Weekly/ Monthly production planning man power allocation. Responsible for production output, product quality. Determining production requirements based on plant capacity. Planning workflow and schedules for production departments. Monitoring production status, identifying delays and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines. Evaluating current production processes and recommending improvements. Establish and maintain key skill metrics to assess performance and provide a focus for continuous quality improvement. Provide the escalation path and manager of all serious production problems. Monitor all production processes to ensure that all procedures for inventory movement and control are being followed. Generate & submit MIS reports. Key Deliverable : Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Meet set targets and deliver products on time. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal result Commit to plant safety procedures. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets - Manpower, Machinery Material.
