Project Delivery & Performance Lead (AI)

As an AI Delivery & Performance Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions to ensure they bring measurable business value. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading AI projects to ensure high-quality outcomes are delivered within defined timelines. - Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to measure impact on business KPIs, model effectiveness, and adoption rates. - Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to address delivery challenges. - Conducting project reviews and creating executive dashboards to communicate progress and blockers. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement, tool enhancement, and delivery framework optimization. - Advocating for a data-driven and value-focused delivery culture. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 8-15 years of experience in delivery/project management within AI, analytics, or technology domains. - Demonstrated success in delivering AI or data-driven solutions that have had a tangible business impact. - Deep understanding of AI solution lifecycles, model deployment, and measurement frameworks. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. Preferred Experience: - Previous exposure to insurance, financial services, or enterprise SaaS delivery. - Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, or operationalization at scale. - Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Power BI/Tableau, or ML monitoring platforms.
