Role & responsibilities

• Kick-off Deck Creation A PowerPoint presentation used to formally initiate a new project with the customer, key stakeholders, and project team members. The deck follows a standard template provided by the PMO to ensure consistency across all customer engagement.
  • Phase Creation in LS & Bundle Preparation – After the kick-off call, orders must be organized by phases and a Customer Desired Due Date (CDDD) must be assigned to each order and entered in Landscape. • Tracking, addressing, and following up on PROV TO DOs and SIM TO Dos – PROV TO DO and SIM TO DO are internal communication tools within Landscape used to facilitate updates between the Provisioner and the Project Manager. Instead of using emails, both parties create comment entries to share necessary updates. These tasks should be reviewed and addressed daily for each order. • Creating and Updating Weekly Customer Report – An updated project tracker must be sent to each customer on a weekly basis, prior to the scheduled status call. • Scheduling Activations and Site Verification - Each customer site must be scheduled for both site verification and activation. These appointments should be added to both the SDNET calendar and the Activations Calendar and updated with information required. • Tech dispatch – An on-site technician must be dispatched for both site verification and activations, and the technician’s details should be updated on the corresponding calendar. • Cleanup / Aging order – Assist in reviewing and managing orders that need to be scheduled, canceled, or require the Project Manager’s attention • Internal and External follow-ups – Assist the Project Manager in following up on pending deliverables from internal teams necessary for project completion, including coordination with the Engineering team and/or customers.
