Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring seamless execution of digital marketing projects. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the Executive Assistant to the company owner and manage daily operational tasks.
• Coordinate with team members and assign tasks as per directions from the reporting head.
• Oversee and manage the company’s task management system for smooth project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships based on trust and performance.
• Work closely with digital marketing teams to align strategies with client goals and drive results.
• Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, optimization strategies, and issue resolutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests by coordinating with internal departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; however, excellent English communication skills are a must.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or coordination role (especially in digital marketing) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing terms and processes is advantageous.
