Role Overview – Project Coordinator

We are seeking a sharp and motivated engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The role is ideal for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and government authorities.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them to management when required.
• Support senior management in planning, reviewing, and delivering project assignments.
• Take responsibility for quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery of assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in project coordination, project management, or related roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated attitude of ownership, accountability, and eagerness to learn.
• Preference: Candidates residing in Thane or nearby areas only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
