"Entry-Level Office Assistant Role in Thane City - Perfect for Fresh Graduates!" Responsibilities of candidates include: Manage office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, generating reports, and preparing presentations. Assist in setting up meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing meeting materials. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, arranging transportation, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, reordering items as needed. Utilize computer software to generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research as required. Provide general administrative support to team members as needed. Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and directing calls to appropriate staff members. Maintain office cleanliness and organization, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed. Assist with basic HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and scheduling interviews.
