Project Coordinator

Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to bridge communication between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, monitor timelines, and maintain our signature luxury service standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for ongoing projects.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the design & production teams.
• Provide accurate ETA and delivery schedules to clients and the internal team.
• Track project progress, flag delays, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and feedback loops.
• Oversee client servicing, ensuring a premium and seamless client experience.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with designers to understand the design production process and align timelines.
• Handle client queries and manage expectations professionally.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or account management, preferably in a design, creative, or production environment.
• Strong understanding of design production workflows.
• Experience managing luxury or premium clients is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under deadlines.
