  • Experience : 2 -3 Years

  • Job Location : Ahmedabad

  • Qualification :Any Graduate

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track project progress and maintain status reports.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Support in ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

  • Preferred / Added Advantage:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Knowledge of basic project management methodologies.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
