Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Project Coordinator to support the

planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The ideal candidate will work closely

with cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day workflow tracking, and ensure

timely completion of project deliverables. Strong communication, organization, and

problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, timelines, and

deliverables.

● Manage task allocation, follow-ups, and daily workflow tracking.

● Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project

execution.

● Support resource allocation, maintain budget records, and track project

expenses.

● Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.

● Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them with recommended

solutions.

● Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and management team on

progress and milestones.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).

● 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles.

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

● Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, etc.).

● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience in a startup or dynamic work culture is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
