Job Description

Project CoordinationSupport day-to-day operations of the PMU and assist in monitoring project milestones and deliverables
Maintain project documentation, progress trackers, and MIS reports
Ensure timely submission of reports, presentations, and dashboards to senior management and clients
Stakeholder ManagementAct as the single point of contact (SPOC) between PMU, client departments, consultants, and internal teams
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of action items
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, vendors, and other project stakeholders
Communication & ReportingDraft official communications, meeting minutes, status reports, and escalations
Ensure alignment of project updates with senior leadership and stakeholders
Handle sensitive and confidential project information with discretion
Operational SupportCoordinate logistics for reviews, field visits, and audits
Support in risk identification, issue resolution, and escalation management
Provide analytical inputs to improve project governance and decision-making
Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate/Postgraduate degree in Management, Public Policy, Engineering, or related field
5-10 years of experience in program management, stakeholder management, or PMU-related roles
Prior experience in working with government projects/consultancy firms will be an added advantage
