About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in planning, executing, and delivering projects within timelines and scope. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of project coordination and is eager to grow within a structured and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in organizing and tracking project activities and deliverables
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution
Maintain and update project documentation, plans, and reports
Schedule meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items
Monitor project progress and handle routine communication with stakeholders
Help identify risks, delays, and dependencies, and escalate as required
