Role Overview We are looking for an Application Engineer to join our team in Pune, with responsibility to support clients across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad. The role bridges engineering expertise with customer engagement, ensuring successful application of our bioprocess equipment and solutions. Key Responsibilities Work with clients to understand process requirements and propose technical solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and application notes. Support sales teams in pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development. Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to align client requirements with engineered solutions. Conduct technical training and workshops for clients’ process and engineering teams. Maintain strong relationships with clients in the region and provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements. Qualifications & Experience B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services Strong knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Pune, Mumbai, and Ahmedabad. Why Join Us?
