Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information. You will need to break down projects into achievable actions with set timeframes, liaise with clients to understand their requirements, scope, and objectives, and assign tasks to internal teams while assisting with schedule management. It will be important to ensure that clients" needs are met as projects progress and to help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities, and oversee project procurement management. You will also be required to monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and act as the main point of contact, communicating project status to all participants. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will need to identify and eliminate any blockers, use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures, and issue all necessary legal paperwork such as contracts and terms of agreement. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports will be crucial to ensure that standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. To be successful in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar position, with experience in project management from conception to delivery. You should possess the ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans, along with strong organizational skills including multitasking and time-management. Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills are essential, along with familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner is required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
