About the job:
As a project coordinator, you will communicate and collaborate with the sales team, clients, internal teams and our translators from different parts of the world. You will be responsible for designing workflows, choosing the right resources for a job and getting it done on time and within budget.
You will deliver translated and localized websites, app strings, legal documents and software to clients around the world.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent management: you will find the right linguists for various projects based on experience and education. You will conduct assessments and screen resources for every project
2. Creating workflows, checklists and delivery schedules for projects
3. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for quotes, timelines and deliveries
4. Continuously monitoring projects to make sure they are on schedule and giving regular updates to the project manager
5. Maintaining project reports, vendor feedback and costing sheets for every project
6. Ensure that the projects are executed on time within acceptable costs.
7. Prepare POs for vendors and co-ordinate with the finance team for payments
8. Maintain good relationships with all internal and external teams
9. Continuously evaluate external vendors and look for new vendors
10. Deliver files to clients and incorporate changes based on their feedback

You will be interacting with many people from all over the world every day. You have to coordinate with several teams to make sure everything works well. You need to find innovative solutions to problems and have several backup plans for each project.

Qualifications:
1. EXCELLENT written and spoken English communication skills
2. Any under graduation or post-graduation degree
3. Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role
4. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
5. Great interpersonal skills
6. Ability to multitask
7. Punctual and flexible
8. Good negotiation skills
Technical Skills:
1. Excel/google sheets
2. Any CAT tool (not strictly required)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
