Project Coordinator

Telgoo5 is seeking to hire Project Coordinators. This position will work closely with technical leaders and project managers to ensure our projects meet business requirements. We are a fast-paced, execution-driven company.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and liaison for our internal team.
• Create project timelines & milestones.
• Should understand APIs and API workflows.
• Competence in using project management software to streamline workflows and track progress.
• Manage project change requests, as needed.
• Responsible from project kick-offs to stakeholder meetings.
• Assist in project planning and execution by coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager and key stakeholders, identifying potential issues or delays.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk/issue logs.
• Track project budgets and expenses, assisting the project manager in financial reporting and ensuring resource allocation align with project requirements.
• Organize and schedule project meetings, ensuring that agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions are clearly documented and distributed.
• Support the project manager in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Assist with vendor management, ensuring timely delivery of products or services as per contractual agreements.
• Coordinate change requests by assessing the impact on the scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring changes are appropriately documented.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices in project management.

Required Candidate profile:-

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a similar field.
• Prior experience of at least 2+ years in project coordination/management in the information technology or software development industry.
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of IT or telecom infrastructure, technologies, and terminology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
