Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Coordinate project related activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Assist in defining project requirements, scope, objectives & deliverables.

Maintain project schedules and milestone tracking; monitor timelines, escalate delays.

Liaise with internal teams (developers, UI/UX, etc.) & possibly clients to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations.

Prepare and maintain project documentation: status reports, meeting minutes, risk and issue logs, change requests.

Assist in schedule & resource allocation, ensuring team members have what they need.

Monitor quality of deliverables and ensure they align with company & client standards.

Assist in managing project risks: identify, log, propose mitigations.

Ensure client satisfaction: regular communication, updates, manage expectation changes.

Support deployment/testing/post-implementation review phases as needed.

Use project management tools (e.g., Jira / Trello / Asana / internal tools) for tracking tasks, progress.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).

6 months to 2 years experience in project coordination or similar role in software development.

Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) &/or product development.

Good organizational, multitasking skills; ability to manage timelines & priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
