Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by coordinating and monitoring activities across departments to maintain timely completion. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Business Development and Project teams in preparing proposals, project documentation, and client communications. - Following up with internal teams and clients to track project updates, timelines, and deliverables. - Maintaining records, files, and data in ERP/MIS systems to ensure accurate and organized information. - Preparing and sharing project progress reports with senior management to keep them informed. - Scheduling meetings, documenting minutes of meetings (MoM), and following up on action points to facilitate efficient communication and decision-making. - Supporting in client coordination and resolving queries professionally to maintain a positive relationship. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati to effectively interact with internal teams and clients. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient documentation and reporting. - Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. - Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a dynamic environment to ensure project success. - Experience with ERP tools will be an added advantage for a better understanding of project management processes.,
