About the job: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Addeez Autotech Private Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating various project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. Key responsibilities: 1. Utilize MS-Excel and ERP systems to track project progress and monitor key performance indicators. 2. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 3. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met. 4. Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders to provide updates on project status and outcomes. 5. Manage client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. 6. Oversee vendor management activities, including negotiation and contract management. 7. Implement strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings through effective project coordination.
