About the job: Roles and Responsibilities: To communicate with different people and group throughout the project lifecycle. They need to be able to convey clear and concise message, listen actively, ask relevant question, provide feedback and resolve conflicts. They have to deal with various challenges and issues that may arise during the project execution. They need to be able to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner. They need to be able to anticipate potential risk and mitigate them before they become problems. Verify and cross checking the specifications mentioned in the tender for all materials and contracts. Project coordinator need to be give input to the project manager to set and communicate the project vision, goals and expectations, assign role and responsibilities and provide support. Weekly attained project work progress meeting with project manager at office and circulate mom . Weekly attained / do physical checking work progress along with project manager. To discuss and resolves challenges such resources, labor, raw material, site clearance with manager. To ensure instruction given by project manager should reflect at ground level or in execution. To attained client meeting, structural engineer meeting or others relates at site and circulate mom. Ensuring that site work processes adhere to established quality standards and procedures, identifying areas for improvement in quality and quantity control and recommending changes in it. Providing training to the site team along with project manager on quality and quantity control procedures and best practices.
