Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive educational content using Scratch programming.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement tech-driven education initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for educators and communities.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure budget compliance.
• Liaise with government and NGO partners to enhance project impact.
• Support project staff in using technology tools for tracking and reporting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in English and Telugu (spoken and written).
• Coding knowledge (C++ preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage with communities and children effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Qualification:
Postgraduate in Social Work / B.Tech / Computer Science / Project Management or related field.

Experience:
2–5 years in the social sector, preferably in education, technology integration, or project management.
