Project Coordinator

We are hiring an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Coordinator to lead and oversee the development of a customized software solution to enhance our Tours & Travels operations. This role will act as the central point of coordination between our internal stakeholders and the software development partner, ensuring successful execution from requirement gathering to final implementation. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and the external software development partner. Analyze and document business processes, software needs, and functional requirements. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task lists in coordination with stakeholders. Monitor and manage the software development lifecycle to ensure milestones are met within budget and deadlines. Conduct regular project review meetings, communicate updates, and resolve issues or delays proactively. Oversee testing phases including UAT and coordinate feedback integration. Provide user training support and ensure a smooth handover post-deployment Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting notes, requirement specs, progress reports, and change logs. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably involving software development or IT implementation. Proven experience in managing external software partners or technology vendors. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project. Good understanding of travel industry workflows, CRM systems, or booking platforms is highly desirable.
