About Us

Ace International Limited is embarking on the development of a state-of-the-art greenfield facility in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can take ownership of site-level project activities, coordinate with authorities, vendors, and contractors, and ensure smooth execution of civil and related works in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.


Job Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for handling on-ground project activities during the initial phase of the greenfield facility development. The role requires strong liaison skills, technical understanding of civil and site preparation activities, and ability to coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and government authorities.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Authorities for plot demarcation and putting identification marks for the boundary.

• Coordinate with Survey/Geotech investigation vendors, mobilize them to site, arrange prerequisites for their job, and get the work executed.

• Collect and review reports from Survey/Geotech vendors.

• Arrange site visits for potential Civil/MEP consultants and contractors.

• Ensure installation of necessary safety signage at site.

• Arrange quotes for temporary office set up and supervise its execution.

• Construct all-weather temporary access roads suitable for 40-ft containers and 25T trucks, ensuring turning radii and proper signage.

• Coordinate with Authorities for obtaining required approvals/NOCs such as site access, tree work (if applicable), temporary power and water, excavation/haul permits, borrow/disposal locations, environmental and labour registrations.

• Supervise execution of land filling/cutting activities ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.

• Oversee and supervise civil works, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Maintain day-to-day liaison with local authorities and government bodies for smooth project execution.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 7–12 years of experience in project execution, site coordination, or civil project management, preferably in industrial/greenfield projects.

• Strong understanding of site development activities including survey, geotechnical investigation, land filling, civil works, and temporary infrastructure setup.

• Experience in liaising with government authorities for permits, approvals, and compliance requirements.

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including consultants, vendors, and contractors.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Telugu and preferably Kannada.

• Commitment to quality and safety protocols with hands-on project management skills.
