Job Description – Project Coordinator

Location: Mayapuri, Delhi

Reports To: Project Manager / Department Head

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our software development projects. The role involves assisting project managers in planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources.

· Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes).

· Track deliverables, timelines, and project milestones.

· Facilitate communication between developers, QA, designers, and clients.

· Prepare and share weekly project status updates.

· Identify risks/issues and escalate to the Project Manager.

· Organize and manage internal and client meetings.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science/Business or related field.

· 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or software project management.

· Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools (Jira).

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).

Preferred

· Agile/Scrum/Project Management certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
