UI/UX Designer

Roles Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer you will lead the design and development of intuitive and engaging user interfaces. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to create compelling and user-centered designs that meet business objectives and user needs. Your expertise will help shape the user experience of our products and ensure a seamless and delightful interaction for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the complete design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and address user needs effectively.
• Define and organise the structure of information within products or services. Develop intuitive navigation schemes, categorization systems, and clear labelling to enhance user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders, including product managers and executives, to shape the UX strategy and objectives for projects. Ensure alignment between design solutions and business goals.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visually communicate design concepts and solutions. Utilise storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to represent design ideas clearly.
• Create and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all product interfaces.
• Identify and address usability and responsiveness challenges. Conduct usability evaluations and heuristic reviews to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of user interfaces.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement user-centric solutions and drive project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and demonstrating your ability to solve complex design problems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch, InVision.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
