Project Coordinator

As a Facility Engineer Mechanical within the Projects team, you play a vital role in supporting the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of mechanical systems within the facilities. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting in the design, development, testing, and manufacturing of mechanical systems and components - Contributing to the design, inspection, and troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems - Collaborating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to execute projects and improve systems - Documenting maintenance records, system drawings, and compliance reports - Participating in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives - Ensuring adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations - Providing guidance to employees, giving directions, and making evaluations and recommendations for contractors" services - Overseeing project and assembly shop floor employees, managing budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and handling personnel issues Qualifications required for this role include a degree in Mechanical with equivalent experience, effective communication, problem-solving skills, project management abilities, construction engineering and technology knowledge, familiarity with manufacturing standards, procedures, and policies, as well as plant facilities management expertise. Troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring a safe working environment for subordinates are also essential aspects of the role.
