Job Role Description We are looking for a full-time, on-site Scrum/ Project Coordinator to join our team at Blacklisted Agency located in Mohali. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation and execution of Agile/Scrum processes with a focus on project deliverability, quality assurance, and timelines/deadlines management. Responsibilities ∙ Develop project plans, timelines, assign resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful project completion. ∙ Ensure high-quality delivery of services to clients, meeting their expectations and requirements. ∙ Keep a check on deadlines and deliverables. ∙ Coordinating along with cross-functional teams to get the work done. ∙ Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, including regular project status updates and progress reports. ∙ Identifying issues and risks and addressing them promptly to minimize their impact on project delivery and quality. Requirements ∙ Relevant experience or knowledge related to marketing and project coordination. ∙ Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications will be a plus. ∙ Strong grasp of project deliverability, quality assurance practices, and timelines/deadlines management. ∙ Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in the context of project challenges and timelines. ∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
