Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution.
• Lead the end-to-end management of construction/real estate projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation in alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial control and timely approvals.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance, resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to statutory, environmental, and legal compliance requirements.
• Conduct regular project review meetings with stakeholders and prepare detailed MIS reports.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely handover of projects.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise project engineers and site teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of construction methods, project planning tools and contract management.
• Excellent knowledge of real estate development processes, RERA guidelines, and statutory clearances.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master’s degree preferred).
• 6–10 years of experience in project management within construction or real estate
• Proven track record of successfully delivering mid to large-scale projects on time and within budget.
