As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Project Planning Engineer to join our team.

Position: Project Planning & Co-ordination Manager

Responsibilities

  • Project Monitoring: Oversee the end-to-end monitoring of projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordination: Liaise with all stakeholders, including the Execution Team, Vendors, and Management, to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring that all activities are logically sequenced and that resources are effectively allocated.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and Head of Projects to align project goals and strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Deadline Management: Ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met, and that work is completed according to the approved plan.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and any required adjustments.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, progress reports, and communication records.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall project performance.
  • Cost Optimization: Implement cost optimization strategies to reduce project costs without compromising quality. Identify areas for cost reduction and develop action plans to achieve financial efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to RERA and MHADA compliances throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. A degree from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research) is preferred.
  • Experience: 10-12 years of relevant experience in project planning and management within the real estate industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
