Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
• Certification/experience in Project Management or Training Program Management is desirable.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in skill development, education, training, or community programs.
• Exposure to handling field projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in sales & marketing domain or training-related programs will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with trainers for scheduling and delivering training sessions across colleges.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales & marketing training modules as per project design.
• Supervise and support trainers in maintaining proper documentation (attendance, photos, LMS data).
• Liaise with colleges, partners, and stakeholders for smooth program execution.
• Track student progress and provide placement guidance.
• Support employers in connecting with trained candidates.
• Maintain project MIS, data, and timely submission of reports to the Program Manager.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with students for post-training and placement support.
• Monitor logistics, travel schedules, and ensure training delivery across project regions.
• Report project progress and challenges to the Program Manager.

Key Skills

• Strong coordination, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in managing trainers, stakeholders, and student engagement.
• Competency in documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
• Familiarity with MIS tools, MS Office, and LMS platforms.
• Willingness to travel extensively within project areas.
• Laptop and bike with valid license are mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
